SHIB on Coinbase Pro: Shiba Inu (SHIB) turned fever with the rise in popularity of memecoins
Coinbase Pro, the professional arm of the largest US cryptocurrency exchange, announced the listing of the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency meme (SHIB).
Earlier this month, the trading platform also added support for Dogecoin, the main meme currency.
In addition to SHIB, Coinbase Pro is also listing Chiliz (CHZ) and Keep Network (KEEP).
Trading will begin after 9 am PT on Thursday.
Yesterday, Coinbase Pro also listed Polkadot (DOT), causing a large increase in the price of cryptocurrency.
SHIB is currently up 26 percent in the past 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
