In one move: Bitcoin beats ATH again, raises $3,000 in hours

Another day, another all-time high for bitcoin, this time the asset hit $69,000.

After getting stuck at around $66,000, bitcoin began an impressive evolution, adding $3,000 of value in minutes, breaking its previous record and recording a new record of $69,000.

CryptoPotato reported less than 48 hours ago when the primary cryptocurrency broke its $67,000 October ATH and painted a new all-time high of $68,600 (by CoinGecko).

The asset calmed down the next day and a half and remained around $66,000 after a small retraction.
However, it appears that the highly optimistic run of Q4 2021 will not be stopped so easily, and the BTC has gone off the offensive once again.

In a matter of minutes, the cryptocurrency soared by $3,000 and set a new all-time high of $69,000 (by Bitstamp).

Despite pulling back a few hundred dollars from the most recent peak, bitcoin’s market capitalization approached $1.3 trillion for the first time.
According to 8MarketCap, the cryptocurrency is today the 8th largest asset in the world, surpassing Tesla and Meta (Facebook).

Bitcoin is also very close to silver, with around $100 billion separating the two. Further up are Amazon, Google, Saudi Aramco, Apple, Microsoft and gold.
