– The “100 Creators” campaign and the start of Binance NFT is a great opportunity to discuss what the NFT is all about, how to sell art in the age of digital works and how to determine their ownership. We are extremely pleased that Krzysztof Gonciarz has accepted the invitation to cooperate. We perceive him as a person who, from the beginning of his professional career, paves completely new paths, has his own opinion and willingly enters experimental topics. We were also sure that it would present high-quality artistic work. We would like this cooperation to be a contribution to the debate on the NFT topic and to continue our educational mission in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain – Katarzyna Wabik, Binance’s community and marketing manager told the media.
Although Gonciarz is best known for being a YouTuber, he also has other activities on his CV. In 2019, there was a vernissage of his exhibition at the “Manggha” Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Krakow, entitled “Tokyo 24”. The exhibition consisted of a 20-minute film showing the daily cycle in Tokyo, the “micro-delight” room and the neon room.
NFTs are slowly becoming a permanent part of the market. Well-known football teams (including Legia Warsaw are planning to do so), but also musicians issued their tokens. In Poland, the Behemoth group created its NFT, which put up visualisations inspired by their latest album “The Satanist” at an auction. These were combined with the band’s remixed songs from the album.
