Yesterday, the Polish media wrote about the attack on the FlyingAtom exchange office. During it, the attacker used a firearm and injured two people. It is possible that he has already been caught by the police because the services have captured someone who may be involved in the case.

Perpetrator arrested?

As the media reported yesterday, shortly after the incident, the provincial police commander in Olsztyn appointed a special investigative group to deal with the attack on the currency exchange office. As Andrzej Jurkun, the press spokesman of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Olsztyn, also reported in the evening, “In Bydgoszcz, we detained a man who may be related to the attack. We do not provide more information, activities are underway. “

Flying Atom robbery

Let us remind you that the robbery took place on Friday (January 22) before 19. It was then that in the office building at ul. Głowacki in the center of Olsztyn, a man appeared. He went up to the fourth floor, straight to the FlyingAtom office. You can trade cryptocurrencies there, but also gold and silver coins.

There was a shooting on the spot. The criminal shot a woman and a man who are an employee of the company. According to official information, their gunshot wounds are serious, but their health is safe.

– The office manager and our co-worker suffered during the attack. They were shot, their condition is severe at present, but stable – the company communicated on its Facebook profile.

The third employee of the exchange office managed to escape. It was he who also informed the police about the incident.

– The attacker made an appointment in advance for the transaction – reported in media Łukasz Kopeć, representative of the FlyingAtom company. – He was supposed to buy gold coins worth nearly PLN 450,000. PLN – he adds.

The owner of the exchange office previously appointed 100 thousand. PLN rewards for the person who will help to apprehend the perpetrator:

“For information helping to identify the perpetrator or to apprehend him, a prize of PLN 100,000 was set. Information can be provided directly to the police or to our address olsztyn@flyingatom.com. “
